For over 20 years, across higher education, corporate America, and government, Tori has watched the same pattern repeat: people who are physically present but mentally absent, calling it a time problem when it's really an avoidance problem.

When she's off stage, she's usually outside — driving with the windows down and the music up to the beach or mountains.  A Michigan native with a husband, two dogs, a horse, and a soft spot for live plants.
