Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Personal or professional circumstances

• Failure to attend or participate

• Dissatisfaction after participation

• Perceived lack of results

Enrollment constitutes a commitment to the full program or service purchased.

2. Enrollment and Reserved Capacity
Enrollment secures:

• A reserved seat in a limited-capacity experience

• Access to proprietary materials and intellectual property

• Time allocated specifically for you

Because enrollment impacts planning, scheduling, and availability for other participants, payments are not refundable, transferable, or eligible for credit toward other offers.

3. Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan:

• You are contractually obligated to complete all scheduled payments.

• Payment obligations remain in effect regardless of attendance or participation.

• Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program and collection of outstanding balances.

A payment plan is not a subscription and may not be canceled to avoid remaining payments.

4. Attendance Policy
All coaching sessions, workshops, and community experiences operate under a strict “use it or lose it” model:

• Missed sessions are forfeited.

• Missed sessions do not roll over or extend program duration.

• Membership periods are fixed and do not pause due to non-attendance.

• Missed sessions do not convert into credit or refunds.

If recordings are provided, they are offered as a courtesy and do not substitute for live participation.

5. Digital Access
Access to digital materials, downloads, or proprietary frameworks may be granted immediately upon purchase. Because digital content cannot be returned, no refunds will be provided once access has been delivered.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Tori Stevens to attempt resolution.
In the event of a dispute:

• Access to services and materials may be suspended.

• Documentation of this policy will be provided to the payment processor.

• You may be responsible for applicable dispute or collection costs as permitted under North Carolina law.
   

7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

8. Acknowledgment
